前言：五年後的一更新， 真的超級抱歉當初提問的人
我直接在迪士尼玩太瘋，回國後又開始其他實習，畢業後直接開始我悲慘的上班人生了（藉口
回到正題，要帶給大家失望的消息了
當初在迪士尼時，我有遇到當初亞洲區招募的那位小姐
但的確證實我那批就是最後一批錄取的台灣人了
為什麼呢？ 因為台灣在國際上複雜的關係
與其特別花費時間與精力處理台灣的實習生......
還有其他會講中文的國家這樣
老實說當初聽到這個回答，真的蠻失望的
現在甚至亞洲區只剩香港籍有在招募了

但是！！！ 如果今天你有以下國籍
或是學校符合第三種ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAM 規定的話
就有希望了
整理出三種目前迪士尼開放的實習（但因為疫情的關係，我不確定有沒有開放）

第一種

CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM
也是我當初參與的實習， 實習時間為三個月，（聽說今年疫情的關係，有些才去一個月的實習生，都直接被遣返了啊
條件如下：

1. Able to speak fluent English
2. At least 18 years of age at time of application submission
3. A student enrolled in an accredited, degree-issuing college or university; and returning to school for at least one term following the program; students can also participate in the program immediately following graduation

We're currently recruiting in the following Countries/ Regions:

• Australia
• Brazil 
• Canada 
• Hong Kong 
• India 
• France 
• Mexico 
• New Zealand 
• Peru 
• Singapore 
• Thailand 
• Turkey 
• United Kingdom

簡單來說，如果你今天還是在學生，並且擁有以上國家的國籍
恭喜你，就可以投履歷了！！！

第二種

CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM
當初真的最想參加這個實習計畫了！！！
因為實習時間為一年啊！ 就可以在迪士尼過萬聖節、聖誕節、跨年了
可惜這個計畫只開放給特定國家的人.....
當初我甚至寫信說可否以中國台灣的身份參加（拜託不要攻擊我，我只是因為真的很想參加才問
因為他有招募中國國籍，迪士尼回信結果為 不行（我該開心嗎？
這個計畫非常有趣，只招募特定國家的國籍是因為，迪士尼世界的園區
EPCOT 艾波考特（也是我後來被分配去的園區，之後會介紹喔
裡面有一部分是由11個國家組成的為 world showcase
十一座迷你國家圍繞著一座人造湖，
可以把它想成人真的走得進去的小人國
每個國家都是由當地的知名地標構成
還有當地的特色建築與食物
比如說在法國村 就可以看到巴黎鐵塔還有睡美人角色跟你合照
還有日本村裡面的商店販賣的不是米老鼠而是皮卡丘跟海賊王等日本漫畫角色
至於關CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM什麼事情呢？
就是這十一個國家代表迷你村都是由當地的國籍員工來任職
所以我那時候嘴饞去中國村買炒飯時真的都是講中文哈哈
EPCOT可以介紹的實在太多了
我之後會獨立出來介紹，就繼續回到我們的CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM條件

需要符合以下國籍與條件，而且條件並沒有規定要是學生喔！
you must be at least 18 years of age and authentically represent one of the countries or regions that we've recreated at our resorts, pavilions, and theme parks. 

Some roles (as indicated) may be part of a country Pavilion. We recruit friendly, outgoing, hospitality oriented people to represent their cultures, traditional, and history of the entire country. Participants have the chance to greet and interact with people from across the globe – all while sharing their own heritage. Participants will also contribute greatly to our overall guest experience across the Walt Disney World® Resort, including the Kidcot Fun Stop.

ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAM 
這個計畫就是專屬給學校有與美國大學合作的
看完了他的說明，我在想會不會如果我們在台灣的大學有與美國是姐妹校或是交換學生的人
可以有這個機會啊？ 如果真的有的話
對於台灣人而言就是唯一的實習計畫是我們可以參加的！！！
瞬間又替大家燃起了一絲希望啊！

至於介紹因為我當初沒有認識這個計畫的同事
怕帶給大家錯誤的資訊
我只截下官網的資訊給大家看 不會多做說明

your academic institution must have an exchange partnership with a participating U.S. college or university. As part of the program, you'll have the opportunity to take courses at the U.S. host college or university. At the same time, you'll gain training and experience as a cast member at Walt Disney World® Resort. It's a one-of-a-kind way to get involved in networking opportunities, expand your presentation skills, and learn about customer service from industry-leading experts.

To participate in the Academic Exchange Program, you must be:

1. Able to speak fluent English
2. At least 18 years of age at time of application submission
3. Currently enrolled and in good academic standing at a participating international college or university
4. Engaged in an appropriate course of study
5. Able to exit the United States and return home upon completion of the program

目前的我已經是個大學畢業三年的社會人了 QQ
但是回想起那些日子真的是做夢都會笑
覺得是這輩子做過最值得的事情
所以大家如果有符合國籍或是條件
一定要去嘗試喔！！！
